You can choose from two beautiful two bedroom villas in a quiet well kept community (VDP) on the Sarasota mainland, close to the best beaches in USA. All villas have been fully renovated and rejuvenated and are well equipped with everything you need for a memorable and carefree stay.
Newly screened and furnished private lanais. The villas are managed by owners and a trusted local agency in Sarasota with professional and individualised service for all guests.
Within the VDP complex we provide heated pool, hot tub, barbeque area, shuffle and two tennis courts.
We offer year round vacation rentals with a one week minimum stay required.
Rental units come with garages to keep your car cool, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and full access to our amenities including a heated pool and free wifi Internet access to stay connected.

The owners; a couple from Europe, have been visiting Sarasota for years and enjoy their villas as their second home. They take pride in having the villas in excellent condition so that guests can feel the luxury of home away from home!
The owners have chosen a trusted local agency, Argus Property Management Inc. to manage the villas and make sure their guests are well taken care of. Our guests can always reach the villa´s manager, Tami Evans who offers professional and individualised service for all guests.
